Your current status, goal, time frame, experience, metabolic status, and ability to eat off a meal plan. Meal plans will change as you change.
Your workout routine will be based on your goal and experience level in the gym. It may or may not change as you progress.
We will help you understand the importance of vitamins/supplements in this process and when to take them as well as the best amounts for your body.
WEEKLY MANDITORY UPDATES
We require weekly progress pictures with some detailed info on how your week went. this would include changes in weight, mood, energy, physical bodily changes or anything you feel is applicable to bring up. If we don't see progress pics, we can't gage your progress.
Throughout your transformation, we will have you send in videos of certain workout exercises where we will critique your form, tempo and execution.
We will also use video chat to go over posing if you're competing and are out of state or not able to pose with me in person.
Once your on the team, you have our full support. We are here for you whenever you have a question, concern or just feel like showing us some awesome gym pics! We are here every step of the way to help guide you through your transformation or to the stage.
